The tall birdhouse is one of my latest pottery pieces that I made. And the basket is one from the class I taught. Also made the pottery piece on the front of the basket.
The desert picture is a class I took at a Desert Quilters Guild mini retreat, in Henderson, Nevada. I really enjoyed the class and the teacher was great.
The basket block is for the challenge at this saturday's meeting at the Dixie Quilt Guild in St. George, Utah.

Hello - I am a blogger with interests similiar to yours. I am a potter and have just started getting into fabric art and quilting. My daughter sent me your blog address because of the birdhouse (I have a lot of them, mostly wooden.) I love the desert art quilt you made! It's wonderful!
